Hello and Welcome to our RPG! Please, visit all pages before signing up so that you are familiar with who is playing, what the rules are, and how you play. The most basic rules are: 1.)Everyone starts with a pl between 500-2000. 2.)Each character may learn any move unless it is alignment coordinated(i.e. you must be good to learn the spirit bomb)or species co-ord(sayjins can go Oozaru, Nameks can regenerate) 3.)You can make anything you want unless otherwise notified by Bardock or Vegeta.
